We have talked about this many times before, even for the guy who had just one ticket. Realize that we are talking about a ton of people who ended up with a ton of tickets that failed to win anything, guys with over 1 million tickets and have nothing, and then there are people who ended up with some good amount of money just by investing into something very tiny.

This is quite common, go back on all the winners and you are going to see each week there are people with under 100 tickets and win, maybe not every single week but it is more common than people think. This is why I do not think that we should start congratulating the 37 ticket person right away, it is not that shocking.
