Web3 becomes more welcoming when speculation takes a backseat to participation. When people feel like #owners instead of speculators or flippers, they will have a deeper connection to a project. We need more Web3 initiatives that will appeal to humanity’s infinitely-wide range of interests.

Women's role and active participation in the web3 era we are into is a thing that could bring more changes to beautify it but nevertheless we have to consider it a thing of decision, i never see an instance of where women are deprived right in participation on recent times in any technology advancement settings and same it is applicable in other areas of the economy, no gender segregation, but we have the need to as well encourage our women because they are weaker vessels, some have the potentials but lack the courage to go for it, a simple motivation could go a long way in making a difference.
