this is still the main choice because I still feel that for this season it is still the same as the previous season otherwise City means Liverpool even though I am on the opposite side of you because I am in the red camp, not blue 
It's difficult for other teams to make a meaningful breakthrough here as long as both teams are still in their best form.
Right now in the EPL Manchester City still have the best squad you can think of, their chances of still winning the EPL is very high , if it is not still possible for Manchester City to win in the new season then I guess it will to Liverpool because I still feel they are the best after Manchester city. This are the two clubs that am sure that it can be possible for any of them to win the EP, other clubs are still trying their best to build their team to be stronger.
