Although considered almost the same as last season, Manchester City added many players who certainly did not want their goals in the Premier League to end for a while. As for Liverpool, which deserves to be a formidable competitor to Manchester City, it can still provide obstacles. These two clubs continue to make developments that seem to want to stabilize the adrenaline in the Premier League. We can see from Tottenham, Arsenal, and Chelsea that we can say they are in the battle zone. The reason is, that they realize that rivaling Liverpool and Manchester City is still very difficult next season.
In this case maybe I will not look at Chelsea a little more now because even though it looks normal in fact for now they still have problems everywhere such as management which is still chaotic and players who are still empty in several lines and if last season they struggled in attack now they also have problems in defense.
I would like to see how Arsenal and Tottenham move for the upcoming season because if you look at it from a reshuffle point of view, it looks like they intend to have a good season.
I believe Arsenal will make good use of the current transfer window ahead of next season which is almost starting and with their current formation I still believe that Arsenal will perform better than last season, at least the club spends a good amount on players and has made good choices in management. But the club that has been left behind and calls for concern is Chelsea, they have not made any significant changes since last season and I don't want to believe that the club will want to face the next season with their current formation, because doing so will further lower the standing in on the league table and closer to relegation.
