I am in the same case than Velella.
 
I have an ETH withdrawal stuck in "Pending to external wallet".
It's been 3 days now, usually it takes less than five minutes to push the transaction to the ETH chain.

I tried contacting them through literally everything: Support, mail, Twitter, facebook.
Telegram, Discord and Reddit are closed, and it seems that here is my last option...

Usually they answer quickly, but they are close to dead right now...

Soooo... How can I have my transaction validated?
