In my opinion, the results are absurd, however, bookmakers have similar quotes:

Liverpool 3.35
Tottenham Hotspur 12.30
Chelsea 15.40
1.57 is a 63% chance that City will become champions. I could accept such chances if there were a few rounds left until the end of the championship, but giving such an advantage to any team before the start of the championship ... looks like a mistake.
