Greed seems bad in everyone's view but you can't deny that thanks to greed, people are more likely to hold and push the price higher. You've to understand now all greed is bad since crypto has some form of greed in itself, attract investors thank to the 'get rich quick' scheme and exposing it to the mass public and social media.
No body is against you buying and holding as the case may be but what do you do once the market is favourable to you will you also time goes on. Do you keep investing instead of selling then making your profit? You can make it but have the mind of maximizing profit.

If you are modestly hoping to make a profit then you have the potential to lose here. You should bet with a specific idea. You should have in mind how much profit you will not citysell.  And if those who invest for long term then you have to wait for a long time and sell them when you see profit.
Well losing is always there. It's a part of the game but being modest is much better than being too hasty or greedy as that could double or even triple the risk. Not all have an idea, that is why some are seeking for others but this was fine since there are those who are more experienced than us but you should only bet an amount that you are willing to lose. Agree that its better to stick on our plan like if we decided to be a long term hodler then we should not get distracted. To be able to do that, we may need quit on looking at our portfolio so that we won't see the price and then not logging online so that we won't see the news. We will only come back after some time.
