I think Feng Shui is still used in China or at least the Chinese people, whether living in China or other countries. Those who learn the science of Feng Shui still use it for various purposes and there may also be those who use it for gambling.
Although Feng Shui is like a tool to make us confident, we should not rely too much on how we gamble on Feng Sui because if the result is different from what we get from Feng Shui, we will be disappointed.
Feng Shui is very popular as many companies follow it as a way to generate a more warm environment for their employees, however it is just a form of superstition and nothing more.
As I have never seen any study that shows that after an office space was ordered according to the guidelines of Feng Shui the productivity went up or the conflicts among the employees went down, to me this is just a way to cater to Chinese customers while at the same time the rest of the customers remain largely unaffected by those changes, so it is something with no downside for the casino.
I guess if we look at it that way, ordering things around us to bring harmony and positive spirits then it could be good. However, if we inserted gambling to it and then totally rely on how those superstitious belief then it might not be good in the end. For casino though, they will have to adapt and evolve and maybe this is just one thing that they have incorporated in recent years to have sort of 'goodluck'.
