Hi, @BK8.Official after few days, i can't see e-wallet and bank QR payment method for deposit. If it's maintenance for e-Wallet, it's been a few days. Yesterday there was a menu for QR, but not for today. Will these two payment methods be removed?
It is still unavailable at the moment so I guess there must be something need to be updated or upgraded for the QR code deposit system that forces them to remove it temporarily. Have you contacted support about this, I think support will tell you why the QR code is not available for few days and maybe they will give you an ETA when it will come back. Hopefully it is not removed permanently as I think it is one of the plus points of BK8 for local players.
I think they'll all be fixed soon enough that seems to be a problem here with keyword quotas which seems to be getting out of hand pretty quickly and socially they don't support communicating about it here but I imagine it will be fixed very soon but whatever I don't want to talk about it anymore, I am dependent on them
