Here is the final weigh in, both makes the desired weight:

Garcia - 152¾  lbs
Benavidez - 153¾ lbs

Danny Garcia is still the huge favorite in this fight. I will not be surprised if he wins by a late stoppage or even with a knock out win. His left is still will be his favorite go to weapons. And winner of this fight will probably continue with this journey. While the loser will obviously have a hard time getting into the scene again.

Surely Danny Garcia still is the favorite to win here, I think he got the Strenght, Speed, and Experience in getting that advantage in the fight against Benevidez, and this fight will be now, I can not wait to see the fight, If Jose Benevidez Jr. has pulled an upset here I really think Danny Garcia still has some face to show to his fans, while Benevidez Jr, will surely have a difficult time in getting back again,

Well I have to break this news to all Filipinos out there, we have a new champion in Dave Apolinario.

Quote
Filipino Dave "Dobermann" Apolinario (17-0, 12 KO's) goes to East London, South Africa and knocks out Gideon Buthelezi (23-6) in the opening round for a KO-1 victory to claim the vacant IBO flyweight title

It was a first round knock out, so proud to hear that at least we have a champion. For sure the future looks very bright for the Dave and hopefully he will continue the torch for Philippine boxing.

That is good news pretty much from the ashes of some lost there will be a Filipino boxer that may rise to give us some way to keeping the fire alive, and even though the IBO title is not a major title it is a championship belt to give for the Filipino community, and Apolinario is still at his 23 years old so there is a huge ceiling to fill up and make it to the top, maybe after a couple of title defense moving up a division,

Though IBO is not so prestigious like the 4 boxing sanctioning bodies but still it is a good start for Philippine boxing to rebound from devastation so with that said, Dave Apolinario is the name to watch out for in the coming years.

Yes, pretty much I will catch all of his fight right and even his training if I could find a video, and even though this is just the beginning it is likely that Dave Apolinario still is not a big name for the Filipino people right now, IBO is not a major belt after all, but I think in due time let's wait and see,
