Of course not, it's no joke if you really want to. It all depends on you as Full Member to Senior need an additional 150 merit which means you will have to put in a lot of effort to achieve it. This means your countdown to senior rank is 148 merit from now on.

If you are able to achieve full member, then I'm also sure you know what you need to do to reach the next rank to Legendary because the system works remains the same. So for that start from now because rank is no joke although it doesn't guarantee much knowledge.
