Yes, it seems so. Both of these domains are redirected to the main .com domain.
As long as there is no official confirmation from an official representative then we should assume those domains are not owned by Roobet even if they redirect to the official website. Users should be careful and don't trust any service that may be offered by any one of them.
Roobet.gg was indeed the official domain, they switch to .com. The problem is, if they didn't maintain the domain again, in future cases, the domain might be taken over by someone to do malicious things.

Incase it wasn't obvious, we switched domains from .gg to .com

the .cc domain was officially informed by Roobet. If you open up the site using Canada IPs, there will be a pop-out which informs that those users will be migrated to use that domain.
Additionally, Roobet will fully comply with the regulation standard over there:

I remember reading this advice on this forum that never click on search results right away, instead manually check that you’re on the correct site or save a book mark and in this case I would advise all to save a book mark to the official site. Furthermore if those aren’t Roobet domains then they can file a DCMA complaint, and have those domains taken down and the process will take time but at least their user’s will be protected.
