Here we owl.games team will quote again our reply: (which we sent weeks ago)

Regarding the case of Sammy1:

Sammy firstly wrote to our email regarding his case with sandboxcasino on June 19th, 2022.

We replied on the 20th, June 2022 with the fact that:

1. SandboxCasino operates on their own using the owl.games casino software, they handle the bankroll, payment processing, players, on their own.
2. We have also sent an email on that day to SandBoxCasino asking them to justify the ban.

SandBoxCasino provided enough evidence that Sammy1 has multiple accounts (at least 13 accounts) with SandBoxCasino, which clearly violated the terms.

We replied to Sammy1 on June 21st, 2022 that SandboxCasino has banned him because of the multiple accounts violation.

Also we would love to clarify on our bitcointalk marketing strategy( which we think we do not have to):

We choose to pause it because we are more Web 3.0 orientated but not BTC focused. 99% of our users are NOT btc users. The campaign signature did not fulfil our initial expectations so we paused it.

OwlGames Team

Please review my responses to owl.games reposting of their previous statement, which does not address any of the issues and in factually incorrect.

OWNERSHIP:

Owl.games and Sandboxcasino.io are both owned by “Cyber Galaxy B.V.”. This is referenced in the bottom of each websites page where they link to their respective Antillephone License Validation page where it lists the owner as “Cyber Galaxy B.V.”

The same company owns both casinos, but owl.games seemed to be trying to distance themselves from this case for the obvious reason that Sandboxcasino is trying to fraudulently get out of paying me.

RED FLAG #1: Sandboxcasino.io removed the link to the Antillephone License Validation website that proudly shows they’re owned by “Cyber Galaxy B.V.”

RED FLAG #2: Within two hours of owl.games posting in this forum, Sandboxcasino.io updated their terms of service to remove any reference to being owned by Cyber Galaxy B.V..

It’s clear that both casinos are operated by Cyber Galaxy B.V. and are working in concert to: delete data from public forums, delete data from their websites and to jointly respond via emails to me to deny my legitimate win.

I hope members of this forum see all the shady stuff both casinos are doing for damage control!

“EVIDENCE” OF MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS REFERENCED BY OWL.GAMES:

In the public reply, owl.games stated “SandBoxCasino provided enough evidence that Sammy1 has multiple accounts (at least 13 accounts) with SandBoxCasino, which clearly violated the terms.”

In the below email communication from owl.games, they addressed a screenshot showing only 6 accounts with the same IP address…

JUNE 6, 2022 EMAIL FROM OWL.GAMES TO ME:

 “Hey Sammy1:

Based on the IP record provided by SandboxCasino, you clearly violated Sandbox T&C regarding multiple accounts.

There is nothing we can help at this point for such a violation.

Yours

Owen Green    Managing Director    team@owl.games    Owl.Games”

Sandboxcasino.io provided the following screenshot showing my VPN IP address was used by 6 other accounts prior to me registering. This is contrary to the number “13” referenced by owl.games in their email.  The only thing I have in common with these accounts is I used the same popular VPN on the Apple Store. If Sandboxcasino.io looked into it further, they would clearly see these other bonus abusers accounts were low rollers. I never accepted a bonus, always bet max and deposited thousands!

Photos of accounts using same IP (provided by casino): https://i.ibb.co/LC8bNyL/A9-D25-F31-6564-4-E68-9-FD0-9-DDDD97-E1803.jpg

After owl.games provided the statement, I responded back to Owl.Games and CC’d Sandbox with the detailed explanation of using a VPN, screenshots of VPN, screenshots of sandboxcasino.io approving VPN usage on their forums. I also provided a detailed analysis of how I deposited thousands of dollars, never accepted a bonus and played max bets- a fact that I’m sure sets me apart from any other one of these bonus abusers sandboxcasino is trying to tie me to.
