You must be earning a lot now even if you sell most of your btc on this gloomy market and I think that money would be enough to create your own project however a good capital is I think not enough but you also need a good mindset, so that you won't feel tied of developing this project for a long time, as you know a lot of projects can just come and go.

If that is their case then they better invest the money they have on some great altcoins as that doesn't gave them much of a responsibility but just great profits once the market experienced a bull run. In my case, if ever I have a 1 million dollars, I think I wouldn't invest it as for me, that's already a big money and enough to live during my lifetime, here in my local.
