Thanks for the clarification. As a matter of fact I had a hunch that might be the case as I haven't noticed his name before and he appeared out of nowhere.
That's right, you've been keeping statistics for a long time and you usually notice that the set of active posters in the locale is almost always the same, with minor changes. In general, starting from March 2022, in the Russian locale, almost all top posters (by the number of posts) are posters from the politics section. When quantitative posting is centered around politics in a crypto forum, it's sad.
I always liked the top 10 posters in the Russian locale, because of their uniqueness:
