Right but it's not like a rakeback, it's just an extra that the site offered at the time and now they no longer do.
That's correct. It was very abusable since people would simply wait for them to drop every 20 - 30 mins.
For OP's case, I doubt we're gonna get any resolution unless someone notifies Howly or some support staff about this.
