APW12 has two single-phase AC inputs and two DC outputs:
DC output 1 (OUT1): 12V-15V adjustable voltage output, the maximum current can reach 233A;
DC output 2 (OUT2): 12V voltage fixed output; the current can reach 15A.
The maximum DC power output of OUT1 is 3600W; the current and power are different at different voltages.
OUT2 supplies power to the control board and cooling fan. OUT2 can also power DC loads, circuits and other devices in the 12V and 15A range.
The following are troubleshooting methods for common faults:
1. The fan does not rotate, and OUT2 has no output. Maybe the AC input is abnormal. It is necessary to check that the AC input cable is well connected, and the plug connection is firm and correct; make sure that the power supply system is working properly and the voltage is normal
2. Some fans are running normally, but OUT2 has no output. It may be that the AC input cable is not fully connected. It is necessary to check whether the two AC input wires are fully connected and not loose.
3.OUT1 has no output. It is possible that the output circuit is shorted or not remotely activated. It is necessary to check whether the load is short-circuited, whether the upper computer sends the power-on information and whether the low level is valid.
4. Intermittent work. The cause may be output overload, you need to check whether the load is overloaded; the input voltage does not meet the regulations, check whether the input voltage is lower than the requirement or the power is insufficient; overheat protection, you need to check whether the fan is abnormal and whether the gray layer blockage the power supply.
5. The output is normal, but the fan is not working. It is necessary to check whether the fan is connected correctly or blocked. If the fan is broken, it needs to be replaced in time.
If the fault still exists after troubleshooting, please get in touch with a professional power supply maintenance personnel.
