That it was also because the gamers always favored Nvidia over Ati/AMD cards even when AMD made better cards for gaming in some rare cases like the R9 390 8GB they preferred Nvidia.This together with these people who kept buying cards at an inflated price (me included,I wanted so much a Rtx 3060 ti in February 2021 that I paid 1200 EUR for it) make Nvidia think like they are some sort of "God" when it comes to GPU making and that is why we still have expensive cards from Nvidia and also they are doing their maximum to extend as further as possible the introduction of the 4000 series.
