So, if you feel this site (from 2018) has to try to scam people with huge money ($20), better to create a warning on the scam accusation board
The solution that he showed is too obvious and can only work if there is no code received on your first withdrawal attempt but I don't think the problem of user @nonnozeus is the same as that because if yes then he can still see the money on his account but what really happen is he withdrew it but the coins didn't arrived on his wallet.

I only don't know if he input the correct receiving address or maybe there was a small typo there, resulting for the coins to not arrived on his wallet but if he is sure that the receiving address that he provide is correct then maybe the problem was from the side of this gambling website. They better solve it or else their reputation will get damaged overtime.
