Have you tried contacting their customer support? There's nothing wrong with asking a question here, but generally speaking, onsite customer support is more convenient and they are more likely to understand your problem and to provide you with a solution quickly.

It is the first time I see a report of like this but I guess it is related to his locatian since there are some countries are restricted and not allowed to play in bk8 and it is one of the possible reasons of closed/suspended account. Good thing here is that BK8 returned his deposit because his deposit might not be returned if he play in bad casino.
By the way, the fact that the deposit was returned tells us once again that BK8 is an excellent honest casino, which I wrote about here in the topic more than once.
But of course, to find out the reason, you should contact support. Most likely, of course, the fact is that the country from which you wanted to play is not included in the list of allowed in BK8.
I also think that using a VPN in this case will not help.
