On first look at your post I was under the impression that Lauda had returned and there was movement on her account. Then I realised it was something else. If you mean merits, I see 15 merits added to Lauda since the previous month. Which balance are you referring to?
If I'm not confusing anything, then the balance on Lauda's account has changed. 
He may be referring to the balance of bc1qt2mdkehmphggajer3ur3g8l754scj4fdrmw3rn (the address for Lauda related puzzle). From the original 0.001 BTC now it has 0.00333333 BTC. Some more coins were sent there less than one month ago.
.. Just that's not Lauda's wallet, from what I know.
