I hit them up on telegram, the first guy could not help and then I was approached by someone else, who told me that my withdrawals were blocked because of "Anti Money Laundering" - that was hilarious considering the fact I wagered so much in such a short period of time. I could get into more detail about the situation and how their argumentation did not make any sense at all but most importantly, in the end, they paid out.
