CATA is designing something for FLOW project, which is a popular NFT marketplace known for its low transaction fees and a better user experience. But haven't seen anything from FLOW where they endorsing CATA that they both have some sort of partnerships.
You are not getting the point. CATA is not re developing the original FLOW blockchain rather
