Politics is a dirty game where members spend more time about how to face the elections than how to grow their economy that is what makes countries to struggle with lot of issues but no one is going to save you, start the change from you and don't expect God to make something for you.

If a country is small enogh that there can't be any vote fraud, then it is too small to be important.
If a country is big enough to be somewhat important, then groups like the CIA run the elections through covfert manipulation.
If the country is big, the whole election system is gradually manipulated into something the evil people can control... like in the USA. The USA needs to get rid of voting machines, and go back to manual votes and counting.
