I think now is the time to do all three. It's always a time to do all three depending on your state of affairs. Normally, the bearish market is always a time to buy andl hod but, then you would ask yourself, "who are those selling? Are they not aware they should be buying instead? And the fact is, you could always do either of those when you are most disposed on an option.
As much as I would advice anyone to buy and hodl,  I'll also have to make it open that there is a time for enjoyment of investment. When it's inevitable that you should solve a pressing issue off your BTC hodlings, you should. If you could do without it, then by all means too.
