Barca mentor Xavi believes Aubameyang should remain with the crew while we've heard talk that Barca have offered Frenkie de Jong, Aubameyang and Memphis to Chelsea. Chelsea have intrigued on signing Aubameyang as potential new striker. Things quite clear as Barca will play Lewandowski as replacement of him, considering the amount they play for Lewandowski. The Barca transfer market is still on fire, being financial stability they have to sell their players.
I think in this case Xavi should be able to accept the club's decision, if the player has already been sold, then Xavi's next step should be to reorganize the strategy. Because after all, it would be useless if the related players were retained but there were players who couldn't be included in the squad because of some existing rules. I'm not surprised this problem occurs for Barcelona because maybe they don't have good management, they just continue to build a luxurious squad but don't pay attention to the amount of player salaries that must be spent.
the salary issue within the barcelona club is in trouble. because some of the players who asked for a salary reduction, it turned out that there were those who refused, such as Gerard Pique who did not want to reduce his salary. if things like this continue it will be very difficult for Barcelona to register Robert Lewandowski for the 2022/2023 season. even though Barcelona have got good and expensive players but they forgot about the problems afterwards related to the salaries of other players which of course had to be adjusted as well. then indeed maybe now the solution is to sell a few more players.
