It's only natural for this to happen. People would always find way to use technology to earn money, whether it be the telegram, telephone or the internet. Social media is actually perfect for this because it allows you to advertise or do business within any given social circle.

I would prefer it though for businesses and their staff to use a separate business account. The last thing I want is to be bombarded by ad posts by friends.
