Why you and other kremlin trolls blind about all other sentences in Aticle 10 of Constitution of Ukraine?

For example: "The official language of Ukraine is ukranian"
That means, that you need to know this language and if you're a government worker you need to operate trough this language. If you're asian, in Britain you will communicate with other people trough english, not chineese or vietnameese.

Or: "The use of languages in Ukraine .... determined by law".
So, while you can't directly ban russian language, you can to determine it spheres of use with easy, through laws. I can't forbid you to communicate in russian, but i can forbid you (and it will be constitutional) to teach students or to listen it on ukrainian radio.
