User ‘ggalllow’ has come here with a valid accusation, but Bitsler team is holding his withdrawal as they are waiting to get the investigation result of his gameplay activity from the slots provider. He has created a scam accusation thread too -

By looking at his accusation, it appears he's just too eager to get his money from the casino. So there's still no scam in this case. In my opinion, he just needs to be patient and wait for the casino (or their provider) to do their part. I understand situations like this can make people nervous, but it happens. We've seen similar cases before.
