Barcelona are in a much better condition in terms of the squad quality now but we still haven't watched them in any league game yet. We will find out how strong chemistry they have with the new transfers. But if we just take the squad qualities into account then we can clearly say that they are one of the number one contenders for the title.
Agree. If we consider the squad quality, Barcelona has a big chance to win the La Liga title or even UCL title. But we don't know how good they play as a team in real matches of La Liga or UCL competition. We need to see how they begins the new season first on some early matches of La Liga or UCL, then we can guess what they can achieve. However, I believe that Xavi has the capability to make the current Barcelona squad plays solidly.
