Barcelona are in a much better condition in terms of the squad quality now but we still haven't watched them in any league game yet. We will find out how strong chemistry they have with the new transfers. But if we just take the squad qualities into account then we can clearly say that they are one of the number one contenders for the title. Honestly I would like to watch a fierce fight between Barcelona and Real Madrid for becoming the champions.
Real are the more stable team now, they play well and don't slow down, while Barcelona have been rebuilding lately (can't say whether it's good or bad - the main thing is the result). Barcelona's squad is good, no doubt, but will they be able to play cohesively to produce a good result? That will become clear after the start of the season.
