I'm somehow familiar with it. Seems like I had bumped into that few years ago, and I believe this is an scam investment. I don't have time to go deeper to get more info. But I really believe that something exactly with this kind of name (earning city) is definitely scam. Be careful with that. I advice you tho to leave it and do not send any money into it. It will pay at first but it will runaway with a lot of money from investment sooner.
