Stake doesn't have a strict VPN policy but it is possible they can ask for KYC verification in the future.
BTW, even if you use VPN, you have to enter personal details(Name, birth date..) to be able to deposit crypto.

Stake bans quite often accounts that use VPN, so you should be aware when playing on Stake about their rules.
