Could it be in theory that if all those different addresses didn't belong to him, most of the Bitcoin would have been spent already by now?

I know some satoshi era addresses have spent Bitcoins after years of sleep, but the amount of Bitcoin spent is small compared to those that as still holding the Bitcoins and are still inactive.
