Blackjack fun team always responds asap to every complaint from this forum, I have been following as things have been going on this thread for a while now and I noticed that all complaints get attended to within 24 hours maximum. This is a good attribute that I will like the blackjack fun team should keep up with.
Hoping to see the lunch of the new version of the website, with new features and more fun games.
Maybe not as much as they used to, I remember days when they were here chatting let alone responding. But I do agree that they are doing fine, there isn't anything wrong with that. Of course it will take a while before they could get enough staff to just "chat" again, but they do respond very well and that's all that matters.
I believe that blackjack.fun may have grown a bit, but they are still that small time place with aspirations in the minds of the owners and that is exactly why we are getting this kind of attention. They just want to be one with us and not have a customer-owner relationship but more like beta tester- developer type of relationship instead.
