For a gambler to only bet daily is gambling he can't survive himself in the long run. But daily emargncy needed ie electric bill, telephone bill, newspaper bil , rent of car, restaurant bills etc money very important. He shouldn't bet those emergency money. He shouldn't bet all of his money at a time. He should follow some important rules and regulations concerned gambling.
Yes, of course, gamblers shouldn't touch any amount that is not free or has a usage allocation. The gambler must discipline himself into using only the free money for his gambling activity. If he uses the fund for bills and the household's budget, and if he losses that money, there will be a shortage of financial support in the household and will possibly bring their households into chaos. Unwise expenditure towards gambling activity will make our family suffer so we better restrain ourselves from using our household's budget so that no matter how engaged we are in gambling, our family won't suffer.
