Do you have at least a good reason why you feel that this site is scam?
I checked your post history especially the last topic you made, as I can see that your problem is about changing currency in your account and they asked you to create a new account.
You feel that it is something against the terms in most cases which is correct, but if they ask you to do so means that they allow it.
So what is the problem?
