As per Winner statement above, His problem is regarding his pending deposit which I encounter before. But on his case he is currently on trip and also he is not active on chat box to let the admin know. He doesn’t have the email of his account so I get know his pending withdrawal stuck like that because I already experienced it before and only solved once I notified the admin via email. I think there’s nothing serious about his account and probably his withdrawal is just flooded by other withdrawal request. It happened to me before and I guess this will be resolved since the Blackjack.fun already got his email.
