It's the old address format, but it still works. I just checked it out with my Tor mobile browser. Were you using PC?
Maybe the ETH-Mixer.com team should work upon updating to the V3 address format as soon as possible, as most sites have already updated theirs.
We already updated our onion address to a v3 address. The url is
