It was open that Christiano Ronaldo is no longer interested in playing for Manchester United,reason being that they did not qualify for Champions league.To me me,the best thing is to let him go,because no player is supposed to be bigger than the club,and the fact that he ( Ronaldo) has pride is the reason why teams have not come for him.He is somebody that gives his all to the team when he is on the pitch,but in this scenario,I think the pride in him is much.Playing Europa league will show how humble he is,and will also make him break record in that field,but its quite unfortunate that he doesn't see things from that direction.
Other than the reason that there hasn't been any club that want Ronaldo I think if Man Utd sell Ronaldo the only option for Ten Haag for center forward is Martial, I am not saying that Martial is not good, but Ten Haag will need options or a substitute. And in this final weeks of transfer window finding a good striker that available is quite hard I think. Man Utd should have hunt for striker earlier, and if they actually want to let Ronaldo go, they should've done it earlier.
Ten Hag can't find any star striker at the moment. He kept Ronaldo in his match plan. And that's why he didn't take any substitute player for Ronaldo. But Ten Hag should have taken Ronaldo's alternative player in the team. Even if Ronaldo gets an offer from a renowned club, he will leave Manchester United. Despite having enough funds, Ten Hag did not bring any new star players to the team.
