so if someone is curious to make it own money through gambling is not a criminality because it is desperate to make it on money through gambling without stealing stealing is what we call a criminal act so I disagree with some people who is on the point of narrating that gamblers are a criminals
I think you don't really understand what an trying to explain, some people wont have money to gamble, they will have to go and steal before they get money which they will use to gamble. If you are making money from gambling I don't think their is any criminal act their, but some people are addicted to gambling and some time's if they don't have enough money with them to gamble with, they will have to steal or involve in illegal activities just to be able to raise money money go that they can gamble with the money.
