If you are unable to elaborate because it might give clues to adversaries and to others that might have repercussions for your business then that is understandable but the first complaint about being unable to access your website was on 6th August yet your first post you made related to the issue was on 10th August.

Reading the posts between, some users seemed worried and others confused because they had not read anything from you. It is completely understandable you must have been busy sorting out the issue and getting the website operating again but making a post to reassure users might have been much appreciated by those concerned.

I do not use ChipMixer but wanted to visit the website to make some comparisons with other mixers to see what formats different websites follow (as there is no single rule/way to mix) but the website was down.
