Yes it was only around 120 dollars, and yes I had a long conversation with the live support agent about this KYC thing, and the conclusion I have reached is that they can basically ask you for KYC whenever they feel like it without prior notice, which is obviously a deterrent for most gamblers.
Other than that i have no complaints at all the site looks and feels fresh and has a wide variety of games to chose from.
Winz.io is a full trash casino, not fresh. They don't ask for KYC, actually they force the user to complete the KYC verification. And they do it without any reason. Winz.io blocked my withdrawal and locked 2.9 LTC on my account as I didn't follow their nonsense KYC rules. I didn't abuse their bonuses. 2.9 LTC isn't a big amount there. Not to mention, I have made few thousand dollars withdrawal from some other casino several times. They never requested for the KYC documents from me. Those casinos reserve the right to ask for KYC documents too. But they don't apply it like winz.io, where they give more bonuses than this casino.
