GitHub is not Git! The latter is just an engine, but GitHub goes far beyond that.

It is very disappointing to see so many posts in this thread, touting Git as an alternative.

Anyway, I just read something about a dev being arrested by Dutch police, accused of writing the smart contract behind Tornado Cash, they are now going after devs, first they sanction a smart contract, for the first time in the history, now some stupid judge approves arresting a 30 years old programmer who coded the contract.
