I got curious too why they asked for that so I search through their website. According to their Terms of Service, they could ask a user some identification material which I think the requirement of "outside the house" still pass that criteria.
User brandonlang also has negative trust tag from yahoo62278 which is somehow related to how he acts.
Regardless of the trust rating which I believe is not related to the kind of KYC cloudbet is asking, their TOS clearly stated that it only needs proof of date (which is the newspaper) and the identification material (which is represented by the ID and the cloudlet markings on the newspaper). Those two had already met the requirement, and taking the selfie on the street is way overkill,IMO
