Right. Even now, bitcoin core doesn't support seed phrase.
All of my attentions re on electrum somehow.
If all words exist in the old electrum word list, there's a very big probability that the wallet has been generated by electrum.
Maybe, the wallet hasn't been funded at all and that's simply why you don't see any balance.
