I agree with what you have stated about greed, there is no doubt about it... but I was trying to allude to signature campaign participants who are promoting 1xbit1.com (or those types of businesses) know their accounts will be tagged yet allow for that to happen. It is a different matter that the majority of those accounts are probably part of a farming group or are controlled by a puppeteer that has several sock-puppet and alt-accounts under his control but some of those signature campaign participants and applicants must be from genuine users too.
I read something about them using paid adverts on Youtube but I could not find them when I searched. That would cover their website with a seal of approval and non-scam in the eyes of some but I would probably be very close to the actual figure if I said
zero 1xbit1.com signature campaign participants are sending funds to their website and they are not placing bets there

It really is a sad state of affairs we live in a time where even with so much modern technology the scammers are one step ahead. Many would gladly throw their grandmother under the bus if were to be financially viable for them.
The strange thing is they apply to join the signature campaign even though the 1xbit1.com scammers account has been deep red with negative trust for such a long time. It is the $ signs they see but ignore the red negative tags.
There is nothing weird about that. This is how contract culture (tradition) + greediness works. They know that 1xbit will pay for signature , so they join campaign. They will not use 1xbit to gamble or something like that. Also, it's obvious that dealing with 1xbit is dangerous if you acts as their customer (using casino service). If you act as a contractor to them, the story is different, you will get paid for your work with a high probability. As wee see, 1xbit is paying to youtubers and local signature hunters with no complains (at least i didn't hear about it).
This is the case of nazis in Germany: Despite it was highly dangerous to jews, gypsies, slavs and so on, germans were likely to join NSDAP. Just because all that horror didn't affect directly them.
And yeah, about greediness: People know that doing some things it's not good, like in this case. Despite you will get paid, you doing bad thing advertising a platform where people get scammed. And this is where greediness steps on the scene: People will find a lot of excuses to keep receiving money.
