This is unlikely, even 1 year has not passed since the bear market, and there is already talk about a new ATH and reaching the bottom. There is still a lot of time ahead before the bitcoin halving, where the market can show both 17600 (again) and 14000, and even 10000. Bitcoin in each crypto winter fell by 80-85% of its ATH, and at the moment the loss of value (at its peak) was only 75%. So there is still a maneuver to retest the bottom or update it. These are not fast processes and obviously they will not be limited to just 7-8 months. Only growth can be fast, and falls and recovery are usually very long.
