If you feel that the sandbox is incompetent in dealing with this problem and it makes you mad don't you have the right to terminate the partnership? and prohibit those casinos from using your software because their inability makes your reputation into question, and it may be a consideration for your service to include in the software sales rules that anything that happens to casinos that use your software is not your responsibility
