If a gambling addicts moves to a rural area where their is no access to Internet for sure it will stop the addict from playing gambling at the moment but it doesn't mean that if the founds his self out from the environment to a place where he will have access to online and physical gambling he will not go back to gambling lifestyle.

You can encourage dopamine work by creating some kind of incentive system for yourself. For example, if you lasted a month without gambling, you can afford to spend some money on something you could not afford before. This kind of incentive system would be analogous to a gambling incentive system.
